The company is developing a year-round luxury mountain destination centered around nature, culture, heritage, wellness, adventure, and distinctive visitor experiences, while supporting long-term sustainable development in the region.

The Building Management System supports the centralized monitoring and control of building services and operational systems, helping facility teams supervise equipment performance, respond to alarms, and maintain stable day-to-day operation. This contributes to reliable facility management, efficient maintenance, and consistent environmental conditions across the premises.
